Tommaso Condulmari joined Nextalia in 2025, after gaining several years of experience in the consulting and asset management sectors.

Previously, he served as Head of Data at P101 SGR, where he led the digital transformation by implementing innovative technologies and processes to support investment activities, portfolio monitoring, and back-office operations. Before that, he gained significant experience in digital transformation projects for major Italian corporations, holding the role of Manager at BIP Consulting.

Tommaso holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s in Big Data & Business Analytics from IE Business School in Madrid.
