Francesca Mattei joined Nextalia in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer.

Previously, she gained extensive experience in the asset management and financial services sector, specializing in finance, compliance, and the financial management of alternative funds.

She served as Head of Operations Italy at Tikehau Capital. She also worked at Accenture in the Financial Services division, supporting projects focused on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, and at Alter Domus in Luxembourg as Senior Funds Officer for Private Equity and Real Estate clients.

Francesca graduated with honors with a Master’s Degree in Financial and Business Administration from La Sapienza University of Rome and attended an exchange program at KU Leuven in Brussels.
