Federica Briganti has over five years of experience in the M&A sector, with a focus on buy-side and sell-side transactions in the consumer and industrial sectors.

Before joining Nextalia, she worked as an M&A Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton in Milan, advising clients on extraordinary transactions and supporting financial due diligence processes.

She began her career at BDO Italia as an Auditor and later worked as a Business Developer at Papernest in Barcelona, where she contributed to the launch of the Italian market.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
