Simone Degl’Innocenti has a cross-sector background in finance and sustainability, with a specific focus on the integration of ESG criteria into investment processes.

He previously worked at ERM, a global sustainability consultancy, where he supported private equity funds, corporations, and financial institutions in developing ESG strategies and conducting due diligence for M&A transactions.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, where he discussed its final dissertation on the impact of ESG factors on M&A transactions and post-merger integration processes.
