Luca joined the Nextalia team in 2025 as an Analyst in the Nextalia Flexible Capital team.

Previously he gained experience at the Nextalia Private Equity fund, where he was involved in investment transactions. Prior joining Nextalia he worked at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento in the Tech Growth Equity team (FITEC) and at a search fund with a European investment strategy.

Luca holds a degree in Management from Bocconi University.
