Roberto joined the Nextalia team in 2025 after over 5 years in the private equity and strategy consulting sectors.

Previously he was Investment Associate at Armònia SGR, an Italian fund focused on small and mid-cap companies, participating in investment transactions as well as in the management and monitoring of portfolio companies. Prior to that, he was a consultant in Bain & Company and OC&C where he participated in numerous business due diligences for both Italian and international funds.

He started his professional career in the Corporate Finance team at KPMG.

Roberto holds a master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from London School of Economics in London, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies with specialization in Finance from Cass Business School in London.
