Marco joined the Nextalia team in 2025 after over 5 years of experience in investment banking.

Previously, he worked as an Associate at Lincoln International, a U.S. investment bank specialized in mid-market M&A, where he actively contributed to several transactions, both sell-side and buy-side, assisting entrepreneurs, private equity funds and industrial groups.

Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise assisting clients across various industries, with a particular focus on Industrials and Business Services.

Marco holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University.
