Francesco Vercesi is Head of Investments at Aurelia S.r.l., the family office of the Gavio Group, where he leads private equity, direct investment, and public markets activities. He is responsible for defining and implementing the global investment strategy, with a focus on dynamic capital allocation across selected opportunities in both private and listed markets.

Before joining Aurelia, he gained over ten years of experience in a Total Return fund dedicated to High Net Worth Individuals and institutional clients, with a multi-asset strategy focused on equities, bonds, and currencies.Throughout his career, he has held senior management and strategic roles at leading financial institutions and Italian family offices, developing deep expertise in financial markets and wealth management.

He serves on several advisory boards of infrastructure funds, contributing to investment strategy formulation and oversight of portfolio activities.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
