Marco joined Nextalia in 2025 after more than 11 years of experience in investment management and investment banking, gained at leading international institutions active in the Italian market.
In his previous role, he was a Director at ACS, a Bain Capital Credit-backed captive company, where, as Head of Investment Strategy & Analytics, he led the growth of the alternative investments platform and the establishment and operational launch of Natissa SGR.
He previously was a Vice President at Banca IMI (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), within the team focused on structuring hybrid capital solutions and risk transfer transactions.
Marco also gained experience in investments and asset management at Europa Investimenti and Frontis, an alternative private capital platform and partner of Algebris Investments.
Marco holds a degree in Finance (University of Rome Tor Vergata, Bocconi University of Milan).
