Partner & Team Head – NCS

Enrico joined Nextalia in 2025 after more than 15 years of experience in investment banking.

Specifically, Enrico held senior roles at J.P. Morgan, based in London, with a primary focus on Financing and Real Estate. He served as Head of Financial Sponsors coverage with pan-European responsibilities, working with leading international funds and, in parallel, contributing to the development of the bank’s Private Capital and Private Credit business. In this capacity, he executed highly innovative, landmark transactions that continue to serve as reference points for the rapidly evolving private credit market.

In his most recent experience in Italy, he worked on a broad range of private capital transactions for corporate clients in the Italian mid-market, bringing to the Italian context many of the structural and execution best practices typical of the international private credit market.

Enrico holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
