Gianvito joined Nextalia in 2025 after more than 10 years of experience in investment banking, with a solid track record in the execution and underwriting of complex transactions for institutional investors.
In his previous role at IMI Corporate & Investment Banking (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), he was responsible for managing structured finance, credit and hybrid capital transactions for Italian and international clients, supporting leading private equity funds and corporates on pan-European transactions. In addition, at Banca Ifis he contributed to expanding the offering through innovative alternative capital solutions in the mid-market segment.
He began his career at PwC, developing solid expertise in business valuation and due diligence activities.
Gianvito is a Chartered Accountant and holds a degree in Business Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
