Augusto joined Nextalia in 2025 after more than six years of experience in private equity and private credit investments, with a particular focus on real assets, asset-heavy companies, and special situations across Europe.

Prior to joining Nextalia, he worked for four years at H.I.G. Capital as a Senior Associate in the Realty Partners division, where he was involved in both equity and debt investments in real assets and asset-intensive companies, operating across multiple European jurisdictions.

He began his professional career at Celtic Asset Management, focusing on special situations, direct real estate, and distressed investments.

Augusto holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
