Caterina Pavarini joined Nextalia in 2025 as Finance Manager.

Previously, she gained extensive experience in the asset management and private capital sector, specializing in the financial and operational management of alternative funds.

She served as Fund Operations Vice President at Tikehau Investment Management Italy, overseeing the operational management of Private Debt and Special Opportunities funds.

She began her career at PwC Italy in the Banking, Asset Management & Financial Services division, where she carried out audit activities for leading Italian asset management companies, strengthening her expertise in internal controls and risk assessment.

Caterina holds a Master’s Degree in Administration, Finance and Control and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Bocconi University in Milan.
