Niccolò Bussolati joined Nextalia in 2026 as Head of Investor Relations & Capital Formation.

Previously, Niccolò Bussolati gained solid experience in the alternative investments sector, with a focus on private equity, venture capital, and infrastructure, combining investment activities, analysis, and the management of relationships with institutional investors and general partners.

He has held professional positions within single-family office and asset management environments, operating in international contexts. At Wellness Holding, he led the Funds of Funds program and was involved in investment processes and the monitoring of multi-strategy portfolios in private markets, while at Generali Investment Partners he supported fund selection, due diligence, and the management of multi-asset funds.

He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, with a specialization in Economic Policy, from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, complemented by an academic exchange program at Utrecht University.
