Edoardo joined Nextalia in 2024 after more than 4 years of experience in the legal and private equity industry.

Previously he was a Consultant in the Private Equity team of the international law firm Ashurst.

Previously, he worked at Tikehau Capital in London and FSI SGR in Milan, as well as collaborating with several international firms.

Edoardo holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Maastricht University, an LL.M. in International Economic Law from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and completed the GDL with Distinction at The University of Law.
