Giulio joined Nextalia in 2025 after more than 10 years of experience in the Private Equity industry and over 6 years of experience in the world of Investment Banking in the M&A field.
Previously he was Senior Vice President in the deal team of Investindustrial, a private equity fund that has been operating in the market for over 35 years having raised a total of €17 billion.
In his previous experiences, in addition to having originated and executed various transactions in various areas including Aerospace, Payment Services, Lifesciences and Luxury, he has held positions on the boards of directors of investee companies, focusing on the development, management and monitoring of portfolio companies.
He started his career at Rothschild in the M&A team.
Giulio holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Economics in Padua.
