Prior to joining Nextalia, Gian Marco Zembo was part of the investment team at Alpha Private Equity, pan-european private equity fund with ca. €2bn AuM.

During his time at Alpha, he was involved in the management and monitoring of portfolio companies, focusing on Laminam, Optima and Prima Industrie.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Turin.
