Cristina De Benetti holds degrees in Economics and Law as well as a PhD in Administrative Law.

She has over 30 years of professional experience as a lawyer, having also worked at the Italian Supreme Court (Corte Suprema di Cassazzione), and as registered Arbitrator of the Arbitration Chamber at the National Anticorruption Authority (ANAC). She is also a registered Arbitrator of the International Mediation Conciliation Chamber (AMC).

She is Associate Professor of Administrative and Public Law at the University of Venice Ca’ Foscari, where she is a member of academic bodies, as well as Scientific Director of the MSc in Environmental and Land Law.

Cristina De Benetti is an author of numerous publications, as well as a member of scientific committees of law journals and a speaker at conferences on administrative law.

She has gained substantial experience on the board of several listed and unlisted companies, such as Atlantia Spa, UnipolSai Assicurazioni Spa, Autogrill Spa, UnipolBanca Spa, Milano Assicurazioni Spa, Autostrade Meridionali Spa, MOM Spa, AerTre Spa.

She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Unipol Gruppo Spa, Trevi Finanziaria Industriale Spa, Nextalia SGR Spa, as well as Fondazione Coin.
