Alberto Dello Strologo is Full Professor of Business Economics at the University of Roma Tre and Professor of the Master in Business Crisis Management – Luiss Business School and of the Master in Business Criminal Law – Luiss School of Law.

He is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome and in the Register of Auditors.

He is currently Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Poste Vita and Statutory Auditor of Sogei, A.C. Milan, Milan Real Estate, Fondazione Milan Onlus, Ericsson Telecomunicazioni, Ericsson IT and Asstel Confindustria.

He provides consultancy on company valuation, management of debt restructuring and corporate reorganisation processes and drafts opinions on financial statements.

He is a technical consultant in civil and criminal proceedings concerning disputes on financial matters or financial crimes for public and private entities.

He is Liquidator Commissioner (by appointment of Mise or Court) and Bankruptcy Curator of numerous procedures.

He is chairman of the Anti-Corruption Public Procurement Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome.

He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from La Sapienza University of Rome and a PhD in Business Economics from the University of Urbino.
