Matteo Ricatti spent over 15 years in Clessidra SGR, an Italian mid-market buyout fund. As Partner and member of the Investment Committee, he was heavily involved in several transactions valued over €1bn over the last five years, and served on the board of several portfolio companies.

Previously, Matteo worked in Investment Banking at Fininvest and Morgan Stanley.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.
