Nextalia Credit Solutions is Nextalia’s newly established Private Credit strategy, and it is looking to hire a Private Credit Investment Intern to join the Investment Team with the following characteristics.
Nextalia Credit Solutions delivers a private credit strategy built on flexible, hybrid capital solutions and structured financing, designed to empower entrepreneurs and mid-market companies with strong fundamentals and ambitious growth trajectories. We partner with them at pivotal moments — fuelling development projects, operational expansion, and new strategic opportunities.

Job description

• Analyse financial data and developments in financial markets important to the business of the Nextalia;
• Conduct research of targeted industries for investment purposes;
• Perform valuation analyses of prospective investment opportunities under consideration;
• Design and develop quantitative models to assess the economic performance of targeted investments;
• Prepare written analyses and evaluations of investment opportunities;
• Oversee current investments and analyse potential exit opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong academic background, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in finance (Investment Banking / Private Equity / Private Credit / Debt Advisory);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in fluent / native Italian and English;
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills, preferably with prior independent experience handling complex financial models, combined with strong presentation skills/high proficiency in PowerPoint;
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach;
• High potential leadership skills and also team players who are comfortable working in a smaller office environment;
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
