Vincenzo joined the Nextalia team in 2025 after over 12 years of experience in M&A and private capital.

Previously he was Investment Director for Italy at Indigo Capital, a French fund focused on flexible capital in small and mid-cap companies. Prior to that, he was Director at ALANTRA (investment banking).

Throughout his career, in addition to originating and executing several investment transactions and monitoring portfolio companies, he has assisted many clients, entrepreneurs and financial operators in corporate finance transactions.

He started his professional career at GE Capital – Interbanca (corporate lending).

Vincenzo holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University.
