Davide joined the Nextalia team in 2025 after over 13 years in the private equity sector.

He previously gained significant experience in leading Italian mid-cap firms, including Azimut Libera Impresa SGR, IGI Private Equity SGR, NB Renaissance Partners and Synergo SGR, participating in numerous investment and divestment transactions, as well as in the management and monitoring of portfolio companies.

He started his professional career in the Financial Advisory team at Rothschild in Paris.

Davide holds a Diplôme Grande École from ESCP Europe in Paris, a degree in Management from London City University, and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin.
