Fabio Guasto joined Nextalia in 2026 after more than eleven years of experience in the private equity and corporate finance sectors.

Before joining Nextalia, he gained significant experience at leading Italian private equity firms, including DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR and Azimut Libera Impresa SGR, where he was involved in multiple investment transactions and focused on the development, management and monitoring of portfolio companies.

He began his professional career in EY’s Transactions & Corporate Finance team.

He obtained a Degree in Administration, Finance and Control (AFC) from Bocconi University in Milan.
