Elena Bianchi has over 10 years of experience in strategic and financial consulting, advising leading private equity funds on investment opportunities in the Italian market. She was a manager at The Boston Consulting Group in the Milan office in the Principal investors and private equity practice, supporting several mid-market Italian and international institutional investors.

Previously, she worked in EY in the Transaction Services division.

She holds an MSc in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
