Valentina Pippolo has over 20 years of experience in private equity, gained at leading pan-European funds. She served as Partner and Head of Italy at Bregal Unternehmerkapital and, previously, at Alpha Private Equity.
Over the course of her career, she has originated and executed numerous transactions in the Italian mid-cap segment.

She has held several board positions in portfolio companies, actively contributing to the definition of growth strategies, corporate governance, and the monitoring of operational and financial performance.

She began her career in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch in London.

Valentina Pippolo holds a degree in Business Administration from Maastricht University.
