Riccardo Di Stefano has over 10 years of experience in business management. He is a board member of its family business, Officina Lodato S.r.l, a company operating in the civil and industrial plant engineering sector. He is founder and director of Meditermica, a company operating in the wholesale supply of thermohydraulic material for companies and operators in the sector. He is also involved in the field of property development and energy efficiency.
He has been National President of Giovani Imprenditori and Vice President of Confindustria since 2020 and is currently a member of President Orsini’s team as delegate for Education and Open Innovation.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of SFC – Sistemi Formativi Confindustria and of the Steering Committee of Fondirigenti.

Finally, he is Chairman of Next4 Production, a holding company that invests mainly in the digital field.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of the LUMSA University.

He holds a degree in Law from the LUMSA University of Palermo and a PhD in Civil Economy.
