Pietro Sordelli has over 18 years of experience in M&A and management of turnaround investments.

Prior to joining Nextalia, he spent 11 years in London at Barclays Bank, in the Corporate Development team, delivering M&A deals in various countries, and in the Principal Investments team, with responsibility over the execution of Debt-to-Equity swaps and restructuring processes, across multiple sectors.

He previously worked at EY UK and Italy, as part of the advisory practice, with focus on Corporate Finance and Transaction Support.

Business Administration graduate from Bocconi University in Milan, he also took part to the executive programme on negotiation, at Harvard University in Boston.
