Martina Sgalippa joined Nextalia in 2021 after more than four years of experience in the Investment Banking sector, particularly in M&A and Capital Markets transactions.

Before joining Nextalia, she worked at Lazard in the Financial Advisory division, where she was involved in multiple Italian and international large-cap, as well as Private Equity mandates, supporting extraordinary transactions, take-privates, and refinancing operations.

She obtained, as part of a Double Degree program, a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from Bayes Business School in London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.
