Martina Peterlini has over 15 years of experience in Private Equity and Investment Banking.

Martina joined Nextalia at its inception. Prior to this, she spent 7 years at Investindustrial, a leading European private equity fund with over €15 billion of raised fund capital. Throughout her career, Martina has been involved in numerous transactions in Italy and across Europe, with a total deal value exceeding €5 billion.

She has served on the Boards of Directors of several portfolio companies and has actively supported companies and their management teams in growth and transformation initiatives. During her tenure at Nextalia, she has served on the Boards of Directors of Digit’Ed, Regardia and Westrafo; in her previous roles, she also sat on the Boards of Directors of multiple portfolio companies, including Flos Group, Farmaceutici Procemsa and Della Toffola.

She began her career at Lazard in the M&A team.

She holds an MSc in Administration, Finance and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
