Lucio De Costanzo has 20 years of experience as an Investment Banker, Investor and C-Level Operator.

Formerly COO/CFO of various scale-ups, he previously held roles as Investment Banker at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, and as Investment Manager at The Abraaj Group, and has been an early investor and board member of multiple tech ventures through to exit.
He is a professional with extensive experience in scaling high-growth technology companies and leading complex capital raises, M&A, and operational build-outs.

Lucio holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Sapienza University.
