Hermann joined Nextalia in 2026 after more than two years of experience in the Corporate Finance field. Previously, he worked in PwC Italy’s M&A Debt Advisory team, taking part in several transactions including LBOs, Refinancings, and NAV Financings, and working with leading counterparties across the Italian and European markets.

Hermann holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Università della Svizzera Italiana and completed his academic path at the University of St. Gallen.
