Giovanni Fregnan has over 30 years of experience as manager of several companies.

Prior to joining Nextalia he acted as manager of underperforming companies backed by private equity funds. He served as CEO of Slim S.p.A, CEO of the Italian branch of Arvin Meritor Industries (automotive) and CEO of the Italian and French subsidiaries of Zehnder Group (heating and plumbing).
Previously, he also worked as M&A advisor as well as temporary manager for companies in sectors ranging from oleodynamic, automation and household appliances.

Business and Economics graduate from Università Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna. He obtained the Specialised Master in Business Distress at SAF Scuola di Alta Formazione of Emilia-Romagna. He is a chartered accountant, board certified in the city of Modena.
