Giorgio Franceschi has been a Certified Public Accountant (“Dottore Commercialista”) since 1989 and an Auditor (“Revisore Contabile”) since 1995.

He is currently Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company I.S.A. – Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo S.p.A.

Moreover, he is a member of the Board of Directors of, among others, Botzen Invest E.F. S.p.A., Dovevivo S.p.A. and 035 Investimenti S.p.A.; he is Vice Chairman of, among others, Borgosesia S.p.A., Dolomiti Energia Holding S.p.A., Iniziative Finanziarie Atesine S.r.l., Investimenti Immobiliari Atesini S.r.l.; and a member of the Investment Commission of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano.

He has been Chief Executive Officer of Calisio S.p.A., Chairman of the Board of Directors of Progressio SGR S.p.A., as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Castello SGR S.p.A. (in which he also served as Vice Chairman), Mittel S.p.A. (also as Vice Chairman) and Mittel Private Equity S.p.A.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Trento.
