Chiara joined Nextalia in 2026 after more than three years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. Previously, she worked in Banca Akros’ M&A team, where she was involved in mid-market transactions, primarily in the industrials sector, supporting all phases of the deal process alongside corporate clients and private equity funds. Prior to that, she gained experience in the Transaction Services team at PwC.

Chiara holds a Master’s degree in International Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
