Via Sicilia 57

The transaction consists of the purchase of partly paid asset-backed notes issued by the securitization vehicle Kronos SPV for the acquisition of the trophy asset “Teatro delle Arti,” located at Via Sicilia 57, in the central business district of Rome.
The property is an historically building with a gross area of approximately 12,000 sqm and various value-add opportunities, with potential uses including office, hospitality, and residential.
Simultaneously with the purchase of the notes, the NCO Fund completed a wash-out of the vehicle’s capital structure by settling all outstanding litigations concerning the property.
