Silvano Toti Holding

The transaction consists in the purchase, between May and June 2024, of financial receivables held by the main creditors towards Silvano Toti Holding S.p.A. and Sviluppo Centro Ostiense S.r.l.. The holding company is controlled by Toti family and, through its subsidiaries, is active in the real estate sector with specialization in the design, construction, management and promotion of large real estate projects, such as hotels, large infrastructures and the redevelopment of urban areas. The main subsidiaries of Silvano Toti Holding S.p.A. are: (i) Visconti Cesi S.r.l., (ii) Cinecittà Centro Commerciale S.r.l., (iii) Sviluppo Centro Ostiense S.r.l. and (iv) Lamaro Appalti S.p.A..
The assets underlying the investment are: (i) cash, (ii) real estate assets in Rome and (iii) shareholdings in companies holding trophy assets in Rome.
