On 28th November 2023, NCO fund submitted a binding offer to intervene as “assuntore” in the composition with creditors of Gruppo PSC S.p.A.. The offer has been voted favorably by the majority of the creditors of Gruppo PSC S.p.A. and, on 26th April 2024, the Court has approved the homologation of the composition with creditors in accordance with legal procedures and the terms of the offer.

Gruppo PSC S.p.A. is the Italian player of reference for the realization of complex technological plants for large civil, industrial and infrastructural works. By executing the composition proposal, NCO fund has acquired all of Gruppo PSC S.p.A. assets, including: (i) the majority stake in Italtel S.p.A., a historic Italian company active in the design, development, and implementation of communication networks, (ii) receivables, (iii) ongoing litigations and (iv) other assets.
